Banana Bread

Banana Bread


















250g all purpose flour
6g salt
5g baking powder
3g baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
115g butter, softened
3 ripe bananas, mashed

60g brown sugar
50g white sugar
2 large eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
about 40ml milk
60g chopped walnut
50g semisweet chocolate chips


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 160C. Coat loaf pan with butter.

2. Whisk flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder in a bowl.

3. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until smooth. Add mashed bananas and beat until combined. Beat eggs into the butter mixture one at a time. Fully blending each egg before adding the next. Stir vanilla extract and mlik into the mixture.

4. Stir chopped walnuts, chocolate chips and flour mixture into banan mixture until just incorporated.

5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Tap pan on the counter to release any air pockets.

6. Bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

7. Let the bread rest in the pan for 15-20 minutes, remove from pan, slice and serve.

Vince Kidd - Like A Virgin (Studio Ver.)


嗯~发现自己常常在脸书贴喜欢的歌。。因为听得非常杂~应该会让有些人费解 哈哈哈~
不过,我开心就好~~贴在这里自己也方便找 ^^
自己是美版the voice的忠实观众,在网上也看到了一些英国版的片段。我很喜欢一听就留下印象的声音,有舞台魅力的歌手,这位就是其中之一。被blind audition的live惊艳到了。
我对原曲不熟悉,可是就很喜欢这个风格~
vince kidd, 以后会一直关注 :D

Snickerdoodles - 肉桂饼干

自从买了烤箱过后就一发不可收拾的一直试验食谱~
发现烘焙可以减压,啊然后吃了后称的数字往上升就增加压力。。然后为了减压又在烘焙。。如此恶性循环下去 囧~

所以为了满足我爱玩的心,又不愿一个人独肥~身边的朋友,谢谢当我的白老鼠哦~ XDD

年纪大了,记性不好~开了这个部落格记录一下食谱,方便自己呗~^^

쿠키를 많이 만들었어요 ^^

这个是Snickerdoodles (Cinnamon Sugar Cookies)

食谱取自Laura In The Kitchen :)
(减了一点糖份,原食谱的甜度不是我可以承受的 汗~)

Snickerdoodles - Recipe for approx 2 Dozen cookies

Part A
1. Salted Butter - 114g
2. Sugar 150g (I cut down to 130g)
3. Large Egg - 1
4. Vanilla - 1 tsp
5. Flour - 171g
6. Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
7. Cream of Tartar - 1tsp

Part B
Fine granulated sugar - 50g
Cinnamon powder - 1 TSP

150C - 15min

Cream 1 - 2, add in 3, 4. Fold in 5,6,7

Scoop and roll with Part B
